Short biosketch

Charly Poulliat

Charly Poulliat received the Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from ENSEA, Cergy-Pontoise, France, and the M.Sc. degree in Signal and Image Processing from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, both in June 2001. From Sept. 2001 to October 2004, he was a PhD student at ETIS UMR8051 - ENSEA/University Of Cergy-Pontoise/CNRS and received the Ph.D. degree in Signal Processing for Digital Communications from the University of Cergy-Pontoise. From 2004 to 2005, he was a post-doctoral researcher at UH coding group supervised by Pr. Marc Fossorier, University of Hawaii at Manoa. (French Lavoisier Grant)..

In 2005, he joined the Signal and Telecommunications department of the enginnering school ENSEA as an Assistant Professor. He obtained the habilitation degree (HDR) from the University of Cergy-Ponoise in 2010. Since Sept. 2011, Charly Poulliat has been a Full Professor with the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse (University of Toulouse, INP-ENSEEIHT). He is also with the Signal and Communications Group of the IRIT Laboratory.
